Sliding foot support device
Oblique iron-type support carries heavier moulds — support weight increased by 15%.

Short stroke clamping cylinder + PullSure™
Boosted stroke builds clamping force faster and more evenly. Optional tie-bar retraction solves factory height limits and speeds up mould changes.

Huge mould space and opening stroke
Flexibility for more moulds, with the two-platen mould protection function.

Stable synchronous lock structure
Lock cylinder with buffer unit: accurate alignment without impact and even tie-bar force.

Double-layer rail injection, twin cylinders, electric plasticising
Better rigidity and repeat accuracy within 0.3%; balanced twin cylinders avoid material leakage; the high-torque electric preplasticising motor allows mould movement and plasticising on the fly.

Rotating injection unit
Screw replacement without dismantling the unit.

Higher pump power, modular cabinet
Full open-top linkage functions shorten the cycle; independent high and low voltage cabinets.

KEBA control, Industry 4.0 ready
15-inch Linux-based KEBA system, OPC and Modbus protocols, freely programmable for secondary development.

Screw diameter sets pressure and output
Each unit comes with three (sometimes four) screw diameters. Diameter A gives the highest injection pressure, the largest diameter the biggest shot.
