What is inside
Exclusive SpinSure™-H horizontal rotary platen
Heavy-duty linear guide for the medium platen carries heavier moulds with lower friction. Servo motor and reducer rotate larger, heavier moulds — ideal for special two-colour automotive tools. Medium platen movement is proportional-valve controlled, with positional repeatability ≤ 1 mm.
Built-in high-pressure clamping cylinder
The built-in short-stroke high-pressure clamping cylinder builds clamping force quickly and spreads the force evenly over the mould.
Opposite injection units and optional sub-injection
Two opposite single-cylinder precision injection units or a high-speed all-electric unit can be fitted at the same time. The opposite unit moves synchronously with the moving platen for higher efficiency. An additional sub-injection unit with MultiMold™ extends the machine's functions.
Modular choice of injection unit
Electric injection unit with injection position repeatability to 0.01 mm; single-cylinder in-line unit for low resistance and fast response; or parallel injection unit for more stable injection and good sealing.
Centralised carriage lubrication
Manual lubrication pump with pressure release and a monitored grease distributor — tidy, uniform layout.
