Since 2006 AJSolutions has supported plastics processors across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. We sell, install and maintain Tederic injection moulding machines from 60 to 7 200 tonnes — together with the peripherals, mould components and training that surround them, all from our own workshop in Zandhoven.

Beyond the machine
A machine on its own rarely makes the business case. We integrate take-out robots, in-mould labelling, six-axis cells and downstream handling — engineered, commissioned and serviced from Zandhoven.

Three-axis, five-axis twin arm, high-speed and bullhead. 3–50 kg payload, Euromap 12/67 as standard, commissioned together with the machine.

Who you are buying from
Alain Janssens learned the trade in his grandfather's moulding shop and founded AJSolutions in 2006 together with Danielle Hoefnagels. Since 2021 their son Gilles is part of the team. Twenty years on, we support plastics processors across the Benelux with peripherals, accessories, maintenance products — and now complete Tederic moulding cells.
We deliberately work with one specialist supplier per discipline instead of buying everything from one box-shifter. That is how we can put the best solution on your floor, whatever the challenge.

Two ways to start
Most enquiries start with a drawing, a cycle time target and an energy bill, not with a model number. Put the part into the calculator to find the tonnage and shot capacity, and run the energy check to see what a new machine saves against the one you run today.

Tederic walks through the engineering behind its largest machine: the casting and machining of the platens, the four-cylinder synchronous injection unit and the assembly and trial process needed for a 7 200 t two-platen press.

The largest machine Tederic has ever built: 7 200 t clamping force, four-cylinder synchronous injection and up to 500 kg shot weight with X-shot® and E-Charge® electric plasticising, moulding DN1200 steel-plastic composite pipe fittings. The range now runs from 60 to 7 200 t.

The approval gives Tederic its own postdoctoral research station, aimed at moulding process research, machine control and materials — the R&D pipeline behind the machines we quote in the Benelux.
