NEO·T combines a high-response servo power system with a rigid five-point toggle for fast, efficient and repeatable production across the Benelux.

Technology
What is inside

Ultra-high rigid platen structure
Built-in pin shaft provides a larger clamping space, improves the rigidity of the clamping unit and reduces machine length.

Extended, adjustable moving platen support
Supports heavier moulds — mould support weight increased by 15% — and parallelism is easy to adjust.

Injection double-layer linear rail
Linear guides on both carriage and injection give smooth movement and repeat accuracy under 0.5%. Injection speed increases 15–30% on small machines, 5–10% on large ones.

Swivelling injection unit
Screw and barrel changes without dismantling the carriage.

Toggle lubrication and brake circuit
Automatic lubrication pump with detector distributor; the mould-open brake circuit makes the end position more accurate.

Specialised controller
One-button operation panel, faster scan time, more IO points and cloud service for remote assistance and maintenance.

Professional electrical layout
Waterproof and dustproof cabinet, world-famous components, strong and weak current separated under a full EMC concept.

Clean hydraulics
Bypass filter, self-suction filter, non-welded pipeline and integrated cylinder assembly keep the oil clean.

Screw diameter sets pressure and output
Each unit comes with three (sometimes four) screw diameters. Diameter A gives the highest injection pressure, the largest diameter the biggest shot.
