NEO·Mv is the modular multi-component machine with a vertical rotary turntable (SpinSure™-V). Mixed colour, multi-colour, sandwich and multi-layer moulding — on a toggle or two-platen base.

Independent SpinSure™-V vertical rotary platen
The vertical rotary platen can be an independent control unit — a modular design that is easy to install, maintain and retrofit on existing equipment.
Parallel injection units with adjustable spacing
Two single-cylinder in-line injection units run precisely and efficiently. The spacing is adjustable to suit moulds with different sprue distances, and the unit can move sideways so the machine also runs as a single-colour machine.
Static pressure support for the rotary platen
Static pressure support and claws secure the mould load, so heavier moulds can be used while the rotary platen runs stably.
