More than 20 years of experience

Started in a moulding shop, still run by the family

Co-founder and CEO Alain Janssens learned the trade in his grandfather's injection moulding company. After more than twenty years selling machines and peripherals in the plastics industry, he founded AJSolutions together with his wife Danielle Hoefnagels. Since 2021 their son Gilles has been part of the team — ready for what comes next.

We have been active on the Belgian market since 2006 and added Dutch and Luxembourg customers a few years later. The backbone of the company is a team with decades of hands-on experience in plastics processing.

2006

Founded

Alain Janssens and Danielle Hoefnagels start AJSolutions in Belgium.

Three countries

Belgium first, then the Netherlands and Luxembourg — one team covering the whole region.

Second generation

Gilles Janssens joins, bringing the family business into its next chapter.

A manufacturer, not an assembler

Tederic makes the critical parts itself: casting, machining, welding, sheet metal and the paint line are all in house. That is unusual in this price class, and it is why delivery reliability and parts supply actually work.

Two decades in ten steps

2003

Founded as a family company in Hangzhou, exporting from the start with the TRX machine series.

2008

First headquarters in Xiasha, Hangzhou — over 50 000 m².

2013

Subsidiaries in Korea, Mexico and Brazil.

2017

Listed on the main board of the Shanghai stock exchange — the only Chinese injection moulding machine brand to do so. Stock code 603289·SH.

2018

Portuguese subsidiary opens; the global sales and service network is built out.

2019

X-Shot® reaches 500 kg in a single shot; first large four-platen machine exported to Japan.

2021

Rebranding and launch of the third generation: the NEO line. R&D centre opens in Munich.

2023

Global headquarters, Giga Factory (164 674 m²) and Smart Factory (33 334 m²) go into operation.

2024

Entry into metal forming with the IKON die casting machine.

2025

Global premiere of INNOVA, the hybrid packaging platform, at K 2025.

2026

NEO·H7200II delivered from the Giga Factory — at 7 200 tonnes the largest injection moulding machine Tederic has ever built, with 500 kg maximum shot weight for DN1200 composite pipe fittings. The catalogue now spans 60 to 7 200 tonnes.

We work exclusively with quality suppliers and take from each one only what they are truly specialised in — that is why we know what happens after the machine is installed, and why Tederic asked us to represent them here.

Service

From first calculation to overhaul

Buying a machine takes a few months. Producing with it takes fifteen years.

Application study

Clamping force, shot weight, plasticising and cooling on your part, with an estimate of cycle time and energy use.

Layout

Machine, robot, feed, cooling and conveying drawn into your floor plan, with connection data and foundation details.

Mould trials

Release with your own tool before shipment. You get the process data and the samples.

Installation

Transport, placement, connection and commissioning — machine, robot and peripherals by one team.

Training

Operation and setting for your operators and process engineers, in Dutch, French or English, on your own machine.

Maintenance

Preventive contracts, repairs, overhauls and retrofits — also on machines you bought elsewhere.
